The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional guidance. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on Horny AI are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Content you create within the platform (character configurations, custom prompts) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to use it for providing the Service.

7. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services

Horny AI contains affiliate links to third-party services. We may earn a commission when you sign up through these links. We do not control or endorse third-party platforms and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features of Horny AI require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and features are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund eligibility is subject to the refund policy of our payment processor.
